What is a Custom Domain?
By default, your assessment links look like this:
staffmify.vercel.app/assessment?id=xxx
With a custom domain, your participants receive a link that carries your organisation name:
assess.yourcompany.com/assessment?id=xxx
Everything works exactly the same. Staff IDs, assessments, and results all function as normal. Participants simply see your organisation name in the link instead of Staffmify.

Custom domain is an Enterprise plan feature. Contact us to get started.

Choose your subdomain
Decide what you want your assessment URL to be — for example assess.yourcompany.com or hiring.yourcompany.com.

Contact our team
Send us your chosen subdomain via the contact form. Our team will set up the configuration within 24 hours.

Add a DNS record
Your IT team adds one simple CNAME record to your domain DNS settings pointing to our servers. This takes about 5 minutes.

Go live
Within 24-48 hours your custom domain is live and participants can use it immediately.
Requirements
- ✓Active Enterprise plan subscription
- ✓A domain name that your organisation owns
- ✓Access to your domain DNS settings
