Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Staffmify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including organisation administrators, employees taking assessments, and any other individuals accessing the platform.

2. Description of Service

Staffmify is a workforce performance intelligence platform that enables organisations to create assessments, evaluate employees and candidates, and generate data-driven insights and recommendations. The platform operates across three pillars:

  • Hiring Intelligence for candidate evaluation
  • Internal Workforce Intelligence for employee development and performance
  • Knowledge and Competency Checks for training and compliance

3. Account Registration

To use Staffmify, your organisation must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Staffmify is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

Staffmify offers a free Starter plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in Nigerian Naira. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Staffmify to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Staffmify does not store your card or bank details directly. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Staffmify reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Data and Privacy

Each organisation's data on Staffmify is completely isolated. Your employees' data is never shared with or accessible by any other organisation on the platform. You retain ownership of all data you upload to Staffmify.

By using Staffmify, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your employees before uploading their personal data to the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Staffmify to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Discriminate against employees or candidates based on protected characteristics
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform
  • Use the platform in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its operation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Staffmify platform including but not limited to the intelligence engine, scoring models, interface design, and underlying software are the exclusive property of Staffmify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Staffmify provides workforce intelligence tools to support decision-making. All recommendations generated by the platform are advisory in nature. Final hiring, promotion, training, and other people decisions remain the sole responsibility of your organisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staffmify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or any employment-related decisions made based on platform outputs.

9. Service Availability

Staffmify aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned downtime where possible.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Staffmify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice and without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

Staffmify reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Staffmify after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
