Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
Is there a free trial for Growth or Enterprise?
The Starter plan is free forever and lets you fully explore the platform before upgrading. There is no separate trial for paid plans, but you can downgrade at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments and bank transfers through Paystack, supporting all major Nigerian banks and cards.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

What happens if I exceed my employee limit?
You will be notified when you are close to your plan limit and prompted to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted.
